Evinox provides full wrap around services for heat networks, including both fully managed and software-as-a service only solutions. Efficiency as a Service (EaaS)
Evinox uniquely delivers a guaranteed minimum efficiency to heat network operators, de-risking the fuel cost and typical loss that heat networks accrue. Heat networks are typically as low as 20% efficient at converting fuel inputs into delivered heat.
Evinox’s Minibems technology with patented flow control enables Evinox to provide heat network owners with Efficiency as a Service, typically achieving efficiencies of over 70% and underpinned with an insurance-backed guarantee.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
If you’re a heat network operator or service provider to heat networks, then Evinox can support you to deliver outstanding customer service and heat network performance through our SaaS platform, providing full remote management of meter data, HIU telemetry and network efficiency.
Evinox works with billing and network providers to enable our software platform to deliver maintenance, billing and efficiency services.
Remote Maintenance Management (RMM)
Evinox’s SmartTalk Telematic platform, enables remote monitoring, early warning, predictive analytics, troubleshooting and triage by our heat network technical team to reduce site visits and call-out costs.
Evinox works with your maintenance team to ensure they have the data, knowledge and correct spare parts to carry out successful single visit repairs. We provide heat network owners and operators with a call-out guarantee, meaning peace of mind on maintenance costs.

Design & consultancy
We use our expert knowledge and decades of experience to deliver heat network design to operators and developers from initial design through to installation and commissioning. This enables Evinox to deliver highly efficient heat networks that decarbonise and save money.
By working with our clients from design through to installation we ensure that every heat network we deliver meets the exact energy demands of the building and residents whether it’s for a new build or a retrofit project.

New build
If you’re designing a new heat or cooling network, then we have the experience and expertise to support you. We can aid with direct hot water, heating and primary loading and sizing, HIU specification, energy centre loading and design, buffer vessel sizing and pipe sizing for the whole scheme.
Our CIBSE approved heat network consultants look to engage with designers at an early stage in the project design to help create the most efficient and performant network possible.
We can provide both design and performance specifications for projects which can be adapted for project requirements.
Retrofitting
Existing heat networks are typically under 30% efficient – retrofitting heat networks to improve performance is a key element of Evinox’s services. We improve the performance of heat networks through fitting Minibems controls into the existing HIU, whilst replacing peripherals (pumps and valves) for electronically controlled units. We typically upgrade radiator valves to provide improved flow control, thermal balance and comfort. Energy centres are updated to rectify any pipe design and control issues.
Retrofitting heat networks takes less than four hours per apartment and can be funded from the savings generated.
Service & maintenance
We offer service and maintenance packages that are available throughout the lifetime of a project. Our highly qualified service engineers provide the highest standard of service and are trained specialists in heat network equipment, including Heat Interface Units, Cooling Interface Units, Combined Heat & Hot Water Units, Fan Coil Units, Prefabricated Utility Cupboards and energy centres.
For housing associations and housing developers, landlords and heat network operators, our enhanced warranty provides additional piece of mind, covering all critical components, including HIUs, control valves, pumps, heat meters and electronic control boards.
Regulatory compliance
Evinox ensures your developments meet with the requirements of the metering and billing regulations, as enforced by the Department for BEIS and Safety & Standards through Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014. Minibems network performance is in-line with ADE/CIBSE Heat Networks Code of Practice 2020.
